Full Day Rental (14 hours): $500 ($35.71/hr)

Extended Day:

Day 1-2: $475/day

Individual artists & Small nonprofits ($499k & under):

$35/hr base rental

SPARK! Creative Lab was designed for creative and community endeavors. Any use of our space is subject to our General Rental Policy, as follows:

1. Space must be paid for prior to use.

2. Use of the space may only be used strictly for the times requested.

3. Renter is responsible for turning on and off all lights, audio components, AC’s and fans, and ensuring that all doors are properly locked.

4. Renter understands that staying in good relationship with neighboring tenants is required.

5. Unless otherwise agreed to, Renter agrees to remove all sets, props, and furniture from the space by the end of the rental period.

6. Animals: only Certified Service Dogs allowed in space.

7. No smoking/vaping on the Premises.

8. No serving or drinking alcohol on premises unless expressly agreed upon in writing.

9. Liability insurance must be provided, or a liability waiver must be signed prior to using the space.

SPARK! upholds our mission throughout all aspects of our organization, and Renters agree to adhere to our Mutual Code of Conduct.

1. No derogatory language (including but not limited to the use of racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, hateful, etc…words/phrases/speech).

2. No political campaigning.

3. No religious proselytizing (defined as: convert or attempt to convert (someone) from one religion, belief, or opinion to another)

4. No explicit sexual or violent content.

5. To collaborate with the shared goal of supporting all artists in good faith and to the greatest extent possible.

6. Discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, class national origin, sex, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, relationship configuration, marital status, age, personal appearance, body shape or size, family responsibilities, ability, mental health condition, matriculation, political affiliation, source of income, or place of business/residence is prohibited.

7. To refrain from disparaging, vilifying, defaming, slandering, etc. one another verbally or via social/print media during the Program. Should a conflict arise between the Parties to the Agreement, the Parties agree to engage in conversation in an effort to work towards an amicable solution.

8. To refrain from leaving hazardous materials and/or controlled substances unsupervised on the Premises.

9. To follow all current laws of the United States of America and Oklahoma while on the Premises.
